BETA-GLUCAN (Β-ГЛЮКАН)

Beta-Glucan (β-глюкан) – это высокомолекулярный полисахарид природного происхождения, оказывающий сильное воздействие на иммунитет человека.

Существует несколько типов полисахаридов типа β-глюкана, которые отличаются степенью разветвленности молекулярной цепи и потому имеют разную активность. Наиболее активные формы β-глюкана, нашедшие промышленное применение в фармацевтике и косметологии, получают из пекарских дрожжей (Saccharomycescerevisiae), стенок грибов (особенно дереворазрушающих видов грибниц), отрубей овса, ячменя и некоторых других зерновых культур.

СС Cream – также есть 2 варианта Color Control (контроль цвета) или Complete Correction (полная коррекция). Растереть картофель, достав его из бульона, со сметаной, положить обратно в отвар, перемешать, продолжать готовить на среднем огне. Соломкой нарезать морковь и лук, 4 мин обжаривать на растительном масле. Промыть и обсушить зелень и крапиву, мелко нарезать, ошпарив крапиву кипятком, положить вместе с зеленью в суп, проварить его, добавив сок лимона, перец и соль по вкусу, еще 2 минуты и снять с плиты. Готовить супы с крапивой можно на курином или мясном бульоне, также подходит и овощной бульон, но можно использовать и просто воду, если суп без мяса. Использовать для супов лучше только молодую крапиву или верхние нераспустившиеся листочки растений. Летом мы часто слышим рекомендации косметологов, о вреде пребывания на солнце. В магазинах с полок на нас смотрят баночки, разных форм и размеров, которые обещают нам красивый загар и защиту от солнца с загадочными буквенными кодами SPF, UVA, UVB. Имея в своем ассортименте солнечные линии, мы решили более подробно раскрыть для Вас этот вопрос, чтобы не осталось сомнений и легенд, которые иногда до нас доходят… Информации много, поэтому мы ее разделим) УЛЬТРАФИОЛЕТОВОЕ ИЗЛУЧЕНИЕ Сегодня нам известно, что солнечный спектр состоит из нескольких типов электромагнитных лучей. Некоторые из них мы воспринимаем в виде света, другие – в виде тепла (IR – инфракрасное излучение). Ультрафиолетовое излучение мы не видим и не ощущаем. Ультрафиолетовые лучи делятся на три группы: A, B и C. ЛУЧИ A (UVA) Лучи А(UVA) проходят через облака, одежду и оконные стекла. Эти лучи способны проникать в глубокие слои кожи, повреждать ДНК и уменьшать ее синтез, нарушать соединительную ткань, коллагеновые и эластиновые волокна. Именно из-за UVAв результате повреждения кожи и ускорения в ней процессов старения начинают активно появляться морщины. НЕГАТИВНОЕ ДЕЙСТВИЕ A (UVA) лучей: • Проникают в дерму кожи, где находятся волокна эластина и коллагена; • Вызывают фотоповреждение и старение кожи; • Усиливают повреждающее действие UVB-лучей (эритема, рак кожи); • Провоцируют всевозможные солнечные аллергии и старение кожи, а также снижение ее иммунитета; • Приводит к образованию свободных радикалов (химически активных молекул), которые в свою очередь повреждают внутренние составляющие клеток кожи, в том числе структуры ДНК, подавляют деятельность иммунной системы. ЛУЧИ С(UVС) Самыми опасными для человека являются лучи спектраC(UVC), которые задерживаются в озоновом слое атмосферы. Но существуют так называемые «озоновые дыры», через которые лучи спектра Cмогут проникать сквозь атмосферу, достигая поверхности Земли. ИНФРАКРАСНОЕ ИЗЛУЧЕНИЕ (IR) IR–инфракрасное излучение (тепло) проходит сквозь земную атмосферу, его лучи проникают глубоко внутрь организма, и тепловая нагрузка на человеческий организм значительно повышается.
